  1. IMAGES STELLAIRES

  2. L’échographie retrouve une masse absorbante au niveau du QSE gauche correspondante à la masse stellaire mammographique et une seconde image située à 7 cm de celle-ci.

  3. L’angiomammographie retrouve au moins trois masses dans le QSE, l'image échographique située plus à distance n'est pas objectivable, le sein droit est indemne de prise de contraste.

  4. L’échographie de second look retrouve les trois masses du QSE gauche qui seront micro-biopsiées sous échographie, l'image vue à distance sur la première échographie ne prenant pas le contraste en angiomammographie correspond à un fibrome .

  5. La tomosynthèse retrouve les mêmes lésions, l'image à distance n'est également pas objectivable.
