Remember nothing is more important than your safety Support each other as a team and communicate Be in control of deadlines Establish ways to minimize/ prioritize meetings Cover each other for meetings as needed Be open with your supervisor about your work load and comfort level Schedule time on calendar for ‘uninterrupted’ work time to work on high priority projects Set break timer (RSIGuard) to provide more frequent cues 3 minute break every 30-40 minutes Use two mice to spread the repetitive work to both hands When using non-dominant hand remove mouse for dominant hand off the desk so you will not be tempted to use it Set realistic deadlines Speak up if you are having any discomfort issues Ways to avoid traps
