  2. Who doesn't like swimming on a sizzling summer day! Swimming is fun but to protect your swimming pool, all you should have is pool covers. Each time you get into the pool, you will have to remove your pool cover. So, we will be discuss the ways for removing and storing your swimming pool cover.

  3. Remove Debris It is recommended to use a leaf skimmer and a pool brush to clean off twigs, leaves and debris from the pool cover. You can use a hose and pool rake to remove water and dirt from wet pool covers.

  4. Pop off the Cover Make use of the installation rod to unhook the strings from the anchors. This will help you to remove the pool cover easily.

  5. Remove Water Tubes You can remove the water tubes, drain the water out and then let the tubes dry in the fresh air.

  6. Fold the Cover You can seek the help of a second person while folding the cover. Make sure you fold it like an accordion. Do not drag the pool cover as it can cause damage.

  7. Air Dry After cleaning and washing the pool cover, you should allow it to dry under the sun. This can prevent mould build-up.

  8. Store Fold the cover into sections, put it in a large bag and keep it in a clean, dry space.
