  3. I Surrender My Will A couple of weeks ago we talked about our free will Our freewill is probably the last thing on earth that we would agree to give up The thought of giving up our will Would frighten most

  4. I Surrender My Will What if the one who you surrendered your will to loved you more than anyone else? What if they only had your best interest at heart? Would you then be willing?

  12. I Surrender My Will 3. Communication Creates Clarity • It’s difficult to follow God’s will if we do not know what that will is • We may know that he loves us and commands it, but we also want to know what His will involves

  13. I Surrender My Will 3. Communication Creates Clarity • That comes only through a diligentstudy of God’s word • “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is” (Eph. 5:17)

  14. I Surrender My Will 3. Communication Creates Clarity • How are we to be filled with the knowledge of His will? (Col. 1:9) • Paul was told that he needed to know God’s will (Acts 22:14) • All Knowledge comes through God’s word (II Tim. 3:14-17)
