Volunteer Requirement • We simply cannot hold a tournament without 80+ volunteers (2-3 hours each) • 15 roles x 4 shifts • 7 problems x 3 shifts • Volunteers are not required to attend training • Volunteers will be able to see their child’s performance • Volunteers will receive the state pin as a thank you • $50 fee assessed per tournament for a team not supplying a volunteer by Jan. 21st

Judge Requirement • We simply cannot hold a tournament without 80 judges • 10 for each long term problem x 6 • 15+ minimum for spontaneous • <5 for score room • We will assign judges to their role prior to training to ensure all roles and problems are covered • When judges attend training they will receive a t-shirt to be worn at tournament • Judges will not be able to see their child’s performance • Only judges can attend judges training • $100 fee assessed per tournament for not supplying a judge by Jan. 21st

31. What can coaches do online? • Coaches with the username and password can submit requests to modify the team records or remove team members online. • AD or RD must approve • A coach can add up to 7 team members online. • A coach can change his/her username and password. • A coach can not change the membership name, membership number, problem and division of the team. (directors can do this)

What can Directors do? • Directors can modify/create records online. • Directors can modify team members • Export the records into .csv file for Excel • Directors can post tournament schedule/scores online. • Directors can NOT transfer a team to another tournament, this must be done by CCI (webguy)
