  3. Research Work Done: Some Important Outcomes Perovskite layer deposition The obtained Powder was washed in diethyl ether & kept at 600 C in an oven overnight. CH3NH2 solution (24 ml of 33 wt% ) in anhydrous ethanol Reacted with 100 ml of ethanol and excess CH3NH2 in the presence of N2 atmosphere at 00C + HI (10 ml of 57 wt% ) in water XRD profile of methyl ammonium lead iodide. The average crystallite size was found to be of 53.584 nm as obtained from Debye Scherrer Method. Mukul K Das IIT(ISM) Dhanbad CoE_MHRD Presentation 19/10/2016 3

  4. Research Work Done: Some Important Outcomes contd.. Perovskite layer • The characteristic peaks obtained at 14.20 (110); 28.50 (220) confirms the formation of tetragonal MAPbI3thin film. • The FESEM image indicates the formation of closely packed uneven grains along with a uniform, pin hole free film Mukul K Das IIT(ISM) Dhanbad CoE_MHRD Presentation 19/10/2016 4
