Sequestration Impacts • Half of Full-time Force may have to be furloughed • 20% reduction in pay for 6 months • Unit Readiness Will Drop as major storm seasons begin • Unmanageable Maintenance and Personnel backlog • ARNG will Cancel 3rd and 4th Quarter Depot Maintenance • ANG will Curtail Flying Hours / Weapon System Sustainment by 18% • 5-113 HIMARS from North Carolina: • commanded by LTC Jack Midyette • Slingload Ops in the Sinai - Jan 2013 • Medical and Dental Readiness will Sharply Decline
