  1. 1.調整光圈(Diaphragm) • Zoom調至最大 • 2.放入有書寫或印刷之紙張至暗箱中之UV燈箱中(請關閉UV燈箱電源) • 3.開啟暗箱白光燈，使紙張影像可清楚顯示 • 4.調整焦距(Focus)，直到紙張上之影像可以非常清晰顯示 • 5.調整好後，不要更動焦距

  2. 自動曝光模式: 在Image Capture 選單內有Auto Exposure，按Auto Exposure可開始自動計算曝光時間擷取影像，再按下Stop Exposure 停止擷取影像。

  3. 手動曝光模式: *在2.Image Capture 選單內有Start Exposure，按Start Exposure可開始曝光擷取影像 調整曝光時間至適當時間，勿超出Saturation 飽和度偵測值。 *按下軟體上之Stop Exposure，若需重新擷取影像可重複手動曝光模式步驟 *注意:軟體有兩組曝光時間, 一組是:80 ms-5 sec 一組是:6 sec- 2 mins 若需切換可由”User profile”中之Fluoresence的Display選擇
