  6. 002001001 School Admin > 선생님 등록 선생님 계정 리스트 학교운영자는 선생님으로 로그인 한다.  학교운영자 계정은 슈퍼어드민이 직접 등록하여 제공한다. 아이디/패스워드를 요청할 수 있다. 로그인 폼에서 계정정보 요청 폼으로 변환된다.  id/pw를 계정등록시 입력한 이메일 주소로 발송한다. 학생의 경우만 해당되며 학생이 직접 자신의 계정정보를 등록할 수 있다.   8. 002002001 School Admin > 선생님 등록 Teacher 계정 등록 1 학교명을 표시한다. 클릭시쪽지함으로 이동 선택한 계정을 삭제할 수 있다. 학년과 반을 선택하여 조회할 수 있다. [NA].를 선택한 경우 아직 학급을 배정받지 않은 선생님을 확인할 수 있다. ID| first name | last name |email 로 검색할 수 있다. 담당하고 있는 학급이 여러 개 일 수 있으므로 해당하는 모든 학급을 보여준다.  링크를 클릭하면 해당학급의 학생리스트 페이지로 이동한다. 클릭하면 개별적으로 메일을 발송할 수 있다.  메일발송 POPUP 클릭하면 개별적으로 쪽지를 보낼 수 있다.  메시지 전송폼POPUP 선생님 등록정보를 수정할 수 있다. 수정페이지로 이동(다음페이지) Page Size= 20 새로운 계정을 등록할 수 있다. ID 중복체크 ID 임의생성 “Site ID_T_일련번호” Teacher List에 입력한 선생님 계정이 등록된다.   9. 002002002 School Admin > 선생님 등록 Teacher 계정 수정 현재 등록되어 있는 ID와 PW는 변경할 수 없다. 학교운영자가 직접 비밀번호를 변경해 줄 수 있다. 계정생성시 Default 상태는 in use 이며 Unused로 체크 시에는 해당계정으로 로그인 할 수 없다. 변경한 정보가 저장된다. 정보를 변경하지 않고 이전 페이지로 이동한다. 선생님 계정을 삭제할 수 있다.=> 반 배정 정보도 삭제된다.   10. 002003001 School Admin > 학생등록 Student 계정 등록 개설된 Class가 셀렉트리스트로 보여진다. => 아직 Class가 생성되지 않은 경우 NA 만 보여진다.=> Class 개설 후 NA 선택 시 아직 Class 배정을 받지 못한 학생을 조회할 수 있다. ID | First name | Last name | Student Email | Parent Email 선택 체크한 학생계정을 삭제할 수 있다.  모든 Data삭제(Class, Test, Report) 아직 Class를 배정받지 못한 경우를 의미한다. Class를 배정 받은 경우 배정받은 Class명을 보여주고 클릭하면 해당 Class Page로이동  12page 수정페이지로 이동10page 현재학년을 선택한다.  학사년도가 변경되면 자동으로 업데이트된다. 학부모 이메일(선택입력) 학사년도를 의미한다. 다음 학사년도가 되면 Grade, Class 가 모두 변경되고 졸업생도 발생하게 되므로 학사년도를 기준으로 DATA를 정렬한다.   11. 002003002 School Admin > 학생등록 Student 계정 수정 NA  아직 학급이 배정되어 있지 않은 상태를 의미한다.학급이 개설되어 있다면 셀렉트 리스트로 해당학년의 학급리스트가 보여지고 학급을 선택하여 배정할 수 있다. 원래 학급배정은 Class 메뉴에서 이루어 지나 학생정보 수정과정에서도 가능하게 조치 아직 학급이 개설되어 있지 않으면 선택할 수 있는 학급도 없다. 학교운영자가 직접 비밀번호를 변경해 줄 수 있다. 계정생성시 Default 상태는 in use 이며 Unused로 체크 시에는 해당계정으로 로그인 할 수 없다. 변경한 정보가 저장된다. 정보를 변경하지 않고 이전 페이지로 이동한다. 학생 계정을 삭제할 수 있다.=> 모든 DATA가 삭제된다.   12. 002004001 School Admin > 학년별 반편성 Class 등록현황 및 담임/학생 배정 학년별, 타입 별, 학년+타입 별 선택정렬이 가능하다. 담임 ID와 이름, Class 명으로 키워드 검색이 가능하다. Class name 또는 Student 숫자를 클릭하면 Student List page로 이동한다.  12page 아직 교사가 배정되어 있지 않은 경우 에 해당하며 Assign 버튼을 클릭하면 교사를 배정할 수 있다. Edit Class page로 이동 학생을 추가할 수 있다. 14page 현재 학습중인 Unit에 해당하는 NCLB테스트 결과를 보여준다.채점결과 POP UP 현재까지의 Parent Report를 조회할 수 있다.  페이지 이동 해당학생을 Class에서 제외할 수 있다.  회원정보는 삭제되지 않는다. 학급에서만 제외되며 모든 학습DATA는 삭제된다. Class List로 이동한다.   16. 002005002 School Admin > Unit 학습주기 설정 현재 등록되어 있는 학급수를 의미한다.  숫자를 클릭하면 Classes> Class List로이동한다 11page Add 버튼을 클릭하면 Class 등록페이지로 이동한다. 13page 해당학년에 Term별로 등록되어 있는 Unit 을 조회할 수 있다.  21page POP UP 참고 수정페이지로 이동  20page 아직 Term Cycle이 등록되지 않은 경우 등록페이지로 이동  19page Term CycleSetting은 Unit Setting이 완료되어야만 가능하다.  15page이동 지난학년도가 있는 경우 과거 년도로 년도를 변경하면 선택한 년도의 DATA가 출력된다. Term Cycle의 변경이 없는 경우 학년별로 선택하여 지난 년도 DATA를 복사하여 등록할 수 있다.Confirm =“선택학년의 Term Cycle Setting 정보를 복사하시겠습니까? 예/아니오” 전체학년의 Term Cycle Setting 을 복사 등록할 수 있다.   17. 002005002 School Admin > Unit 학습주기 설정 현재 학교에서 사용중인 Unit 테이블 학년을 선택하면 해당학년에 세팅된Unit 정보가 리스트업 된다. 32개 단원을 총 몇 번에 걸쳐서 학습할 것인지를 의미한다. 1~8회 까지 가능하며 Default로 8회각Term 당 4개 Unit이 순서대로 기본 지정되어 있다. Reset 버튼을 클릭하면 초기화 되어 기본 설정이 삭제되고 이후Add 버튼을 클릭하면 하단 테이블에 지정한 숫자만큼 필드가 생성되어 Unit 구성을 할 수 있다. unit구성 도중 Term Count를 변경하면 이전 작업은 저장되지 않고 Reset 상태로 새롭게 필드가 생성된다. Confirm=“Current operations will not be saved. Would you like to change?” 좌측 테이블에서 같은 Term에 묶어서 학습하고 싶은 단원을 체크한 후 우측 테이블에서 원하는 Term을 선택하고 [▶] 버튼을 클릭하면 좌측테이블에서 선택한 단원이 우측 테이블 Unit 항목에 입력된다. 다음페이지에서 적용된 화면설명 사용자가 저장한 값을 무시하고 기본값을 사용하도록 재 설정 된다.   18. 002004001 School Admin > 학년별 반편성 Class 정보 수정 선택한 학년에 해당하는 Term Cycle정보가 보여진다. 이미 Term Cycle 세팅이 완료된 단원은 ▶표시와 붉은색으로 보여준다. 27,28,29 번 단원을 선택하여 3번째 Term의 학습 Unit으로 지정한 모습 반대로 Term3을 선택한 후 [◀] 버튼을 클릭하면 Term 3에 해당하는 Unit이 Drop된다. 모든 Term에 대한 세팅이 완료되지 않은 경우에는 저장되지 않는다. 모든 설정이 초기화 되어 처음부터 다시 적용할 수 있다. Term을 선택하여 해당 Term 별로 점수를 조회하거나 입력할 수 있다. 탭 메뉴로 구현 학생별 상세정보를 조회할 수 있다.24page로 이동 이미 점수를 입력한 경우에는 점수가 보여진다.  클릭하면 POP UP으로 점수입력 및 조회 페이지 25page 가호출된다. 아직 점수를 입력하지 않은 경우에 해당한다. 4번과 동일 페이지 점수대별 레벨 Term 마다 레벨이 다르다. 상징적 의미 학생별-Term 별로 생성된 Workbook을 조회할 수 있다.  26page 이미 학습이 완료된 Term 이므로 Review Test 점수가 보여진다. 아직 Review Test 점수를 입력하지 않은 경우 input 링크 제공 아예 학습자체를 실시하지 않은 경우 (Rainbow Test 점수가 입력되지 않은 경우에 해당)에는 NA(“-”) 표시 Ability Test 점수입력 폼이 Popup으로 호출된다.  24page 참고 해당학생의 Report를 조회할 수 있다. POP UP 호출 Hobart Elementary School Welcome <User name> Last log-in: 20010.6.15 15:55 |Logout|My Info | 2 2 Teachers Students Classes Unit Input Score Parent Report Customer Hobart Elementary School > Input Score Math 501-A Grade 5 1 *Jump: 2 Before Teacher name : Johnson.   21. 002004001 School Admin > 학년별 반편성 Class 정보 수정 Term 2를선택한 경우에 대한 화면설명 Review Test 점수입력 완료 Rainbow Test 점수입력 전 Rainbow Test 는 실시하여 Workbook은 생성되었으나 아직 Review Test 는 실시하지 않은 경우 (학습중) NCLB Test는 실시하지 않았으나 Rainbow Test는 실시하였으므로 학습중인 상태임, Workbook 조회 가능 Parent Repot는 Term 단위로 따로 생성되는 것이 아니라 누적되어 제공된다.  따라서 아직 하나의 Term도 학습하지 않은 경우가 아니라면 하나의 Term이라도 학습이 완료되면 학생의 Report는 자동생성된다.   22. 002004001 School Admin > 학년별 반편성 Class 정보 수정 다른 학생의 성적을 조회할 수 있다. 선택한 학생 정보를 보여준다. 선택한 학생의 학습진행상태를 알 수 있다. 예시에 대해 설명하면 다음과 같다.  Term 1,2는 학습이 완료된 상태이며 Term 3은 아직 시작전, Term 4는 학습중인 상태이다. 선택한 학생의 Report를 조회할 수 있다.  POP UP 선택한 Term에서 학습하는 Unit 리스트 아직 입력전인 것과 입력된것을view와 input으로구분하여 조회 및 입력 가능 Input 아직 점수를 입력하지 않은 경우  단, 아직 학습을 시작하지 않은 경우에는 입력할 수 없다. 입력폼 대신 메시지 출력 “ Ability Test는 Review Test 가 완료되어야 등록할 수 있습니다” 저장해도 페이지는 닫히지 않는다. 다른 Term을 선택해서 등록할 수도 있다. 해당 Term에 등록한 점수를 초기화 한다.  Reset 이후에 Save를 하면 이미 저장된 DATA도 삭제되어 초기화 된다. 창을 닫는다.
