  2. 1. BOP 09/4-5/2013 Learning Goals Why did humans create culture? When and where did culture come from? How are all humans linked together? BOP 1. Read the NY Times article and divide up questions and answer them. Only type answers for the items you are responsible for.

  3. 2. “How I became Me” Read the NY Times article Discussion Questions…divide up in your group! a. What law is most repeated in the Torah? b. How does this law apply to the topic of the article? c. What is a bat mitzvah? d. Have you gone through a rite of passage? If so, what was it? If not, will you experience one in the future? Describe it. e.
