Service Options Docufide provides flexible options for sending schools, with setup options that align with their desired workflow. • Secure Transcript • Online student transcript requests, online administrator request approval, individual or batch records release, with full tracking, reporting and directory of users. • Secure Direct • School-based electronic delivery (no student request interface) of transcripts and associated documents to any destination in our database or beyond (with valid email address).

  4. Secure Transcript -Student Request Process

  5. Student Request Process Student searches our database of all colleges & universities nationwide. If sending to 3rd party destinations not in the database, Docufide allows a FERPA compliant process to enter destination information.

  6. Student Request Process Student searches our database of colleges, choosing one or many destinations for delivery.

  9. Student Request Process Any necessary payment is processed online. When all selected destinations are covered under the state subsidy the payment step is automatically skipped. $8.50

  10. Student Request Process Students can track their requests online and will also receive confirmation emails when their request is received, approved by the school registrar, and upon delivery. Automatic Email Notifications

  11. Secure Transcript -School Process

  12. Sending Process Administrators view a secure online To-Do List, where all student and alumni transcript requests are quickly reviewed and processed for delivery.

  13. Sending Process Details on requested destinations and additional contact information for the student can be reviewed by clicking on the student’s name.

Sending Process To send transcripts, simply look up the records in your student system and choose the Docufide Printer to electronically send student transcripts securely to Docufide for processing. Step 1: Student transcripts are ‘printed’ from school’s Student Information System to Docufide’s installed Client, where they are securely uploaded as data to our processing center. Step 2: Once uploaded (individually or in batch) the printer command language (PCL) is extracted and saved as XML, allowing Docufide to deliver in multiple data or image formats, depending on the recipients selected preference.

  16. Secure Direct -School Process (Available December 2007)

  17. Secure Direct Schools can also choose to electronically deliver transcripts without changing their existing request workflow (homegrown, National Student Clearinghouse, etc.). Destinations can be selected from our database. Any college or university nationwide can register to receive transcripts from Docufide for free, with free transmission to all intra-MHEC registered schools for participating Nebraska institutions. Any document that can be printed can be securely delivered electronically. Transcripts, enrollment verification, certifications, and more can all be delivered through Secure Direct.

  18. Secure Direct Secure Direct works with any student information system, processing transcripts and other documents to both registered and non-registered destinations (email notification). If a destination is not identified when searching our database, the email address field will be activated, allowing entry of a recipient. For added destinations, an email notification will be sent with instructions to securely download the document from Docufide’s processing center. Full delivery tracking and reporting is available to the sending school. Transcripts will be parsed and sent as data or PDF image (depending on receiver preference). Additional document types will be sent as a PDF image (enrollment verification, etc.).

  22. Delivery Options Docufide supports a number of delivery options to suit the needs of the recipient. By default, Docufide provides a secure, easy to use download interface for all registered recipients, delivering transcripts in a standardized PDF or PESC XML format. Docufide also supports automated delivery of transcripts through secure FTP.   25. Request Transcripts College administrators can request follow-on transcripts or initial transcripts on an enrolling student’s behalf.

  29. Reports Real-time reports are available for sent or received transcripts, with results exportable to Excel for further data analysis.
