Time management log • Fill out the ‘time’section of the log starting with the time you wake up in the morning up until the time you go to bed (use intervals of 30 minutes) • Example: 6:00 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., etc. • In the column ‘activity’write down what you were doing at this exact time.
