Cell profiling • Proteinernas lokalisering på cellnivå analyseras med konfokalmikroskopi • Startade med 3 cellinjer : A-431, U 251 mg, U – 2 os (hud, hjärna och ben) • Idag analyseras 15 olika cellinjer • Grönt – HPA antikroppen • Blått – Cellkärnan • Rött - Cytoskelettet • Gult – ER (endoplasmiska nätverket)

  10. Status och framtid • Release av version 11 den 11 mars 2013, 15156 gener (75%) • Första utkastet av den mänskliga proteinatlasen 2015 (20,000 gener)

  11. Human Protein Atlas • Löptid 2003-2015 • > 100 anställda (KTH, Uppsala universitet, Mumbai) • > 20 tekniker på KTH – stor omsättning • Generellt rekryteringstillstånd • ~ 15 tekniker/år • HPA en förutsättning för Science for Life Laboratory (Proteinatlasen > 3000 besök per dag)

  15. Utmaningar • Flytt av grupper • Tre universitet – tre kulturer • Forskarna (KTH, KI, SU) – blandade på lab och i kontorslandskap • Hur skapas ”vi-känsla”? För SciLifeLab – för hemuniversitet? • Olika lönenivåer (ex. doktorandstege)KI: 23.6 – 27.1 kkr; KTH: 25.7-30.75 kkr; SU: 23.2 - 26.8 kkr • Olika arbetstidsavtal • Friskvårdsersättning – olika regler/nivåer!
