Newcastle PCT, North Tyneside PCT and Northumberland Care Trust Aims To review cardiac rehabilitation Make recommendations to NHS North of Tyne Executive Commissioning Team on a menu based model Ensure that all patients have access to high quality and timely cardiac rehabilitation after MI, PCI and CABG To explore extending routine cardiac rehabilitation to other groups e.g. heart failure, implantable cardioverter defibrillators and angina
