  1. AN INVITATION UNLIKE ANY OTHER!! I am sure everyone is experiencing a small case of “Spring Fever”, I know I am! NoCASCOE would like to invite you to the ultimate Spring Break at Carolina Beach. Beginning on Wednesday, April 27th thru Friday, April 29th, we will hold our annual NoCASCOE State Convention. NoCASCOE Officers and Directors are so sure that you will want to be a part of this great organization and convention that in our last Board of Directors meeting we voted to extend an invitationto CO/GS County employees, MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS who have NEVER attended a state convention, to attend the convention and receive one (1) night hotel stay on NoCASCOE! To be eligible for 1 nights stay you must have never attended a state convention AND you must attend the general session on Thursday afternoon. In support of ALL employees our SED, Mr. Aaron Martin, has authorized 1 day of administrative leave for those registered and attending the convention. Attached you will find the 2011 Convention Registration form. Complete the registration form and return to Kay Yates, CED in Craven-Carteret County by the April 15th, “cut-off” date to save money on the Banquet ticket. We are planning an informative and fun-filled convention with a Raffle, Silent Auction, DJ, and a live band, plus informative speakers and seminars. BC/BS will conduct a wellness seminar entitled “Walking Works”...ON THE BEACH!! We invite you to “Take a Chance” on NoCASCOE…you will be glad you did!!
