  1. A Research on ProtectingMobile Agents from Malicious Hosts Abstract Security, especially attacks performed by hosts on visiting mobile agents ( the malicious hosts problem ) , is a major obstacle that prevents mobile agent technology from being widely adopted. Being the running enviro-nment for mobile agents, the host has full control over them and could easily perform many kinds of attacks against them . This problem has not been fully solved yet. This paper attempts to survey the current state of this filed ( including the problem and some solutions). And it propose a promising direction toward a solution. That is, the idea to solve this problem is to combine the use of encrypted algorithms with a scheme of component agents.
