China 2 Starting grade • In general, 3rd grade start learning English. • Beijing city, Shanghai city, Tengshing city start from 1st grade. • 80% of the seat of the prefectural government of the whole country start from 3rd grade. • Quite a few rural schools are not carrying out English education, for lacking of conditions.
