PESB 2012-2013 Re-Approval Process • October – Off-site Team Meeting (review IR) • November – Unofficial report from the PESB; opportunity to write & submit an addendum • Schedule • Saturday, March 3 – Team arrives in Ellensburg • Sunday, March 4 – Team arrives on campus around noon for meetings and interviews; reception in the evening • Monday, March 5 – Team members conduct interviews for majority of the day • Tuesday, March 6 – Exit Interview with the team leader

  12. Student Portfolios (LiveText) • Analysis showed that several components in LiveText supported TPA submissions • Potential to differentiate candidate applications during hiring • Review of student work by faculty • Requesting your help and support

  13. Fall Assessment Reports • Fall CTL Program Assessment Reports are due November 15 (week prior to Thanksgiving) • Process: • Meet with program faculty to review data • Write responses • Share report with program faculty for feedback • Submit

  14. edTPA • Timeline • 2011-2012 – Statewide field test • January 2013 – Required for all candidates • PESB meets Sept 20-21, Spokane Red Lion … more information will be coming • Updates….. • Special Education TPA will continue pilot testing through Spring 2013 – supervisors will use pre-release Sp.
