Changes ahead • Decisions will need to be made • Future Vision Groups • Vision & Direction: Rosemary Patey • Succession Planning: Donovan Gibbons • Alternative Options: Mike Ford • Key Questions • Where do we believe God is taking us as a church over the next 3 – 5 years? • What leadership style, range and depth of experience and qualities are required and what timescales will be involved? • What will Church “look like” in the future and how will it affect the way BBC operates?

  6. The Challenge • “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” – Romans 8:28 (NIVUK) • 2 Conditions: • We have to love God • We have to be called according to His purpose • “And we know…”
