Flexibility: Opening Perspective • Flexibility in the workplace, how it’s evolved from being a “program” to being the best way to do business. • Changes in working world are driving the need: traffic and congestion, dramatic boomer retirement, shrinking labor pool, etc. • Business drivers include recruiting and retention, productivity, morale, enhanced performance, reduced overhead, continuity of operations, etc. • All industries and sectors are examining the best ways to implement and measure flex programs.
