Cover Plate Assy? 49-03-5306:Base Plate 49-04-5002 Gear Case Gear Box Module Saw Blade Module Power Source Cord Module or Battery Module Leo Thiel - Please identify the noted items from the Super Saw BOM. I’m trying to do a Mapping of “System Components” to “Zone Installation Module.” For instance, the yellow and blue items are mounting for the Motor System, but installed into the Handle Module. The light blue appears to be the Motor Housing assuming that there is the Motor Case that surrounds this, but not really sure.

This part is 49-03-5101:Motor Housing. Both this part and the empty assembly have the same parent assembly, 49-03-5000-Motor Assy. 49-03-5306:Base Plate 49-03-5301: Brush Contact Fitting Downey add Thiel - This exploded view is from a different I-deas model file which obviously has this part. The SuperSaw model file which is in TcEng includes this geometry as part of the Brush Holder part (above). There is no exploded view configuration in the SuperSaw . 49-04-5003:Base Plate 49-04-5002 Gearbox Case? Correct. Leo Thiel Notes
