  2. When do people celebrate Christmas? In Sweden they celebrate Christmas for a mouth. It begins with the St. Lucia ceremony on the morning of December 13 And end January 6th.

  3. The weather during the Christmas days The weather is ice cold. Sometimes the snow is up to their knees.

  4. Christmas Meals They have a lot of different food. they eat meatballs, ham, hot dog, sausages, and rids. They also eat pepperkakor, gingerbread cookies flavored with Christmas spices.

  5. The gift bringer On Christmas Eve the Chistmas gnome known as tomte, comes from his home under the floor of the house or barn. He carries a sack over his shoulder and leave giftes for all.

  6. Carols It is tradition to dance around the Christmas tree and sing, "Nu har vi ljushärivårthus" ("We have Kindled the Candles in Our House Now") and "Rävenraskaröverisen" (The Fox Is Sliding Over the Ice) this being a few of the traditional songs sung.

  7. Presents On Christmas eve certain Christmas gnome know as tomte , emerges from his home under the floor of the house or the barn. He carries a sack over should and leaver gift for all.

  8. Decoration Christmas trees are usually found in Swedish homes two days before Christmas. Decoration may inclued candles and apples Swedish flags small gnomes wearing red tussled caped straw ornaments.
