  4. Legal Repercussions • It is a federal crime to anonymously annoy, harass, threaten, or abuse any person via the Internet or a telecommunications system. CYBERBULLYING

  5. Legal Repercussions • Defamation • Intentional infliction of emotional distress • Privacy violations • Suspension • Expulsion • Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). CYBERBULLYING

  6. Prevention • Be aware of what your kids are doing • Establish Rules about technology use • Understand school rules • Report Cyberbullying CYBERBULLYING
