  2. PIRATES SEIZE GREEK SHIP • On Wednesday suspected Somali pirates hijacked a Greek cargo ship with 22crew members aboard • Seized near the Seychelles Islands • Ships name was MV Filitsta • As of Wednesday the ship was headed north

Detainees to face civilian trial • 5 Guantanamo Bay detainees will be facing trial in New York • All five have ties to 9/11 including the mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed • Mohammed admitted to being the mastermind of the attacks after being water boarded • Other four people names were not released
