Onboarding • Orientation • A stage of onboarding where you will learn about COMMUNITY NAME • It’s a defined “event” or period of time • Familiarity with general policies and procedures • Learn your job responsibilities • Onboarding • Is an ongoing process • Focused on building engagement from your first contact with COMMUNITY NAME until you become established within our organization
