Requirements to Win Awards • DOS of the Year • At least one year of service • Excellent Attendance • Community involvement • Assist within the HP Family • Reporting completed on time • Good Work Ethic • Increase in Occupancy, ADR, and or Revpar for the year (Performance) • Meets Goals and Expectations for DOS Sales Coordinator of the year award • At least one year of Service with your hotel • Excellent attendance • Telemarketing calls meet expectations and goals for Coordinators • Performs outside sales calls with DOS • Reporting Completed on time • Good Work Ethic • Increase in overall revpar index and f&b department revenue • Work well with DOS and add value to the sales team • Could be eligible for promotion to DOS

Requirements to Win Awards Community Involvement • Work with your local CVB/Chamber • Host local events • Sponsor local charities • Creative with getting the community involved with your hotel • Press for your works Sales Queen/King • Sales pro/ACT updated • Made the most sales calls in the company • Work well with colleges • You make Quality sales calls • Reports are turned in on time

Requirements to Win Awards Revenue Diva • Your hotel has increased in over all top line revenue year over year by at least 5% • Your reports are turned in on time • Your sales pro/ACT is updated with calls that you have made for the year • You have been with your hotel for more than one year Best Attitude award • Work well with hotel staff • Work well with other Sister hotels • Present a good attitude when doing projects • Over all demeanor is one that is well liked • Positive attitude
