Awards • 1992 the Honors Awards from the American Institute of Architects (A.I.A) • 1996 The Society of Illustrators Gold Medal, the St.Gauden’s Medal from The Cooper Union, and the Prix Savignac for the World’s Most Memorable Poster • 2004 Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum • 2009 National Medal of Arts by President Obama
