Нөхөн төлжилтийн үед бөөм цитоплазмийн харьцаа бага байна. • Атипийн шинжтэй атрофиг оношлоход эстрогенийн тест хийнэ. • Хэт эвэршил үүсгэж байгаа өөрчлөлтүүдийн эсийн бөөмийн хоруу чанарыг тодорхойлох • HSIL – Хоруу чанарыг тодорхойлох (бөөмөнцөрийн өөрчлөлтийг харах) • Булчирхайлаг хавдрын шинжүүдийг хайх

  4. Repair cells (clear chromatin and nucleoli)? Immature or transitional metaplasia (some nuclear grooves)? (obj. 40x)

  5. Inflammatory and bloody exocervical smear: sheet of repair cells with a clear nuclear chromatin and a visible nucleolus. (obj. 20x)

  6. Atrophic menopausal smear with rare basal squamous cells and numerous histiocytes, sometimes multinucleated. (obj. 10x)

  7. Very inflammatory menopausal atrophic smear: a cluster of parabasalsquamous cells and isolated cells with some nuclear atypia (slight enlargement) and cytoplasmic changes (acidophilia, vacuoles). Air-dried artefacts. To be check after local estrogenic treatment. (obj. 20x)

  8. Atrophic ectocervix (menopause): large sheet of squamous epithelium with irregular outlines. Orangeophilia and nuclear abnormalities to be reevaluated after local oestrogenic treatment. Cellular details. Artefact preparation (air-dried) and delayed fixation. (obj. 20x)

  9. Parakeratotic cells. Look for leucoplakia in colposcopy. (obj. 20x)

  10. Inflammatory ectocervix with cytolysis and some parakeratotic cells (arrows). (obj. 20x)

  11. LSIL: typical eosinophilic and basophilic koilocytes associated with some parakeratosis and binucleated cells. (obj. 20x)

  12. LSIL: two eosinophilickoilocytes (arrows) associated with parakeratotic cells. (obj. 20x)

  13. HSIL: parabasal and basal cells with enlarged and hyperchromatic nuclei and irregular nuclear outlines. Note the abundance of spindle cells. (obj. 40x)
