HP OMNI Program Process Flow Request form submitted Omni support team reviews request Request sent to program manager for funding allocation Funds are allocated to finance approvers for review Services are delivered and invoices are submitted for reimbursement • HP submitter completes request form at www.omniforhp.com • HP Acct Mgr, Specialist, PBM, or Inside Rep may submit • Excel doc provided for information gathering prior to submission • Request is reviewed by Omni support team • Support team emails requester with any updates needed • After the request is found complete and accurate the support team sends the request form to the Program Manager • The program manager then allocates funds to appropriate business units and funding partners • Once funds are allocated, each business unit/ funding partner reviews the request and approves or denies • Once all decisions are complete in the Omni tool a “final approval” email is sent to the requester and services may begin • Please review billing guidelines for detailed reimbursement process
