How To Answer The Call • Determine your abilities and interests: • Gifts (strengths, talents) • Fire (motivation, preferences) • Determine your availability: • Current • On-going • Seasons • Examine your options: • Who can you strengthen? • What can you strengthen them in? • Where can you to do it? • How do you want to go about it? • Make a plan and go to!
