  3. Five types of digital notices • DS1: Digital T-DAB assignment • DT1: Digital DVB-T assignment • DS2: Digital T-DAB allotment • DT2: Digital DVB-T allotment • DA1: sub allotment area for digital broadcasting RRC Workshop for CEE, CIS and Baltic States, Moscow 21-24 Sept 04

  4. General format • Similar to file structure for analogue notification (CR/120, March 1999) • SGML file using a tagging scheme • Three or more sections • <HEAD> • <NOTICE> • <ANT_HGT> • <ANT_DIAGR_H> • <TAIL> RRC Workshop for CEE, CIS and Baltic States, Moscow 21-24 Sept 04

Keys: values of data items • Each value is preceded by corresponding key • t_adm = RUS • rrc_sys_var = RPC1 • t_ prefix: data items already in TerRaSys • rrc_ prefix: related to RRC planning activities • Keys don’t begin with t_ or rrc_ will be ignored RRC Workshop for CEE, CIS and Baltic States, Moscow 21-24 Sept 04

Data capture software • Developed by a team in BR • Headed by Mr A Mendez (Head, TPR) • Available in three languages • Handle five types of notices • New version made available via ITU website • Assistance –Mr Mendez pleased to hear from you!
