  1. Kd, Freundlich, and Langmuir isotherms

  2. File → New → SorbingSurfaces → Kd Enter a unique identifier for the sorbing surface. Pull aqueous species from a thermo dataset

  3. Choose a basis, redox, or aqueous species from the list Right click → add Basis… → Ni++ Ni++ properties taken from thermo dataset automatically Supply a Kd then click Apply

  4. File → New → SorbingSurfaces → Freundlich

  5. Right click → add Basis… → Am+++ Am+++ properties taken from thermo dataset automatically Supply a Kf and nfthen click Apply

  6. File → New → SorbingSurfaces → Langmuir

  7. Langmuir datasets have one uncomplexed site, >L: You can edit its name if you’d like to consider multiple Langmuir datasets simultaneously.

  8. Basis… → Ag+ Right click → add Ag+ properties taken from thermo dataset automatically Supply a log K and temperature derivative, then click Apply

  9. Choose a basis, redox, or aqueous species from the list Right click → add Basis… → Ni++
