  5. Potting Soil Does Make A Difference • Soil less potting mixes; organic, loose, moisture holding. • Start with new, recycle the old. • Look and feel the potting soil before you buy the bag!

  6. Choosing The Right Plants • Light requirements. • Upright, bushy, trailing. • Color combinations. • Cool & moist. • Hot & dry. • Heavy feeders. • Lots of trimming.
