  1. Photographing Wildflowers In Mount Rainier National Park A presentation by Donovan Tracy Photo: Donovan Tracy Wednesday, February 12th ,7:00 PM TACOMA NATURE CENTER 1919 S. Tyler Street ; Tacoma, WA Virtually in our backyard, Mount Rainier Park has long been considered one of the best places on earth to view and photograph wildflowers. Photographer Donovan Tracy has developed his skills through hundreds of days in the field and will share what he’s learned photographing at Mt. Rainier Park. Techniques covered are suited for both novices and serious amateur photographers who desire to photograph plants in their natural environment. Topics will include light and exposure, composition, considerations for a plant study, and close-ups. Donovan will also review one of the wildflower hikes that he features on his web site.
