  1. What actually is autism? The term autism comes from the Greek (autos) which means something like yourself. Autism is a profound developmental disorder. Autistic people have difficulty establishing relationships with others, empathizing with them, and communicating with them. Many autistic people are very committed to certain habits and behaviors. You get z. E.g. in panic if you should go a different way than usual. You like to collect certain objects or deal very intensively with your favorite topic in other ways. This autism ribbon is sometimes used as the common symbol of autistic people, but it is also found offensive by some autistic people. These peculiarities come from the fact that autistic people process information from their environment in a different way than other people. On the other hand, some autistic people are in certain areas such as gifted math, art or music. However, there are many different forms of autism. This means that one autistic person hardly has to have anything in common with another. There are autistic people who cannot speak, have great learning difficulties and hardly make contact with other people, but also highly intelligent autistic people who become professors or are experts in other areas. One speaks of an autistic spectrum to make it clear how wide the range is. What types of autism are there? A distinction is made between early childhood autism (Kanner syndrome), which a person has from birth, and Asperger's autism or also called Asperger's syndrome, which can also occur later. Early childhood autism (Kanner syndrome) Kanner autistic people avoid eye and body contact, they have difficulty learning to speak, and many do not succeed in doing this for their entire life. When they speak, their language often has no communicative use, ie they repeat memorized words or sentences over and over again, regardless of the situation in which they find themselves. Since they are often unable to point to something, they lead their caregivers e.g. to a desired subject in order to be understood. Most people with early childhood autism remain in need of help at all times. Asperger's Autism Asperger's autism, on the other hand, is far less noticeable at first glance. You can speak

  2. correctly, have normal to above average intelligence and often attend normal school. Abstract facts such as They easily learn, for example, mathematical formulas or rules of the game. They can develop into true experts in their specialist fields. But once feelings come into play, it becomes difficult for them - which doesn't mean they don't have feelings. But they often fail to correctly interpret the facial expression of their counterpart; simple polite phrases such as greeting or small talk are very complicated for them. Since they cannot put themselves in the shoes of others, they sometimes address unpleasant issues bluntly and then wonder if those around them find them impolite. When talking to other people, they usually do not look the other person in the eye. Figurative idioms (e.g., fooling someone) take them literally, which can lead to serious misunderstandings. Because of these difficulties, interpersonal contacts can be very complicated and stressful for them. Autistic people therefore tend to live withdrawn and hardly have any friends. The line between Asperger's and Kanner's syndrome is fluid. How does autism develop? It is still not clear what causes autism. Rather, there are a number of factors that may have to come together for autism to develop. Certain changes in the genome could be the trigger, as well as an excess of the male sex hormone testosterone in the womb. That would also explain why many more boys develop autism than girls. Birth complications could also play a role. Do autistic people think differently? Computed tomography images of autistic people know that connections between different regions are missing in their brains, especially the emotional center in the brain is poorly wired. On the other hand, the brain of an autistic person grows faster than that of other people, apparently it does not differentiate between important and unimportant information, all of it is stored. It is not surprising that with this amount of data in the head, overstimulation can occur. And in fact, many autistic people are very sensitive. B. can hardly stand loud noises or strong smells and feel much more comfortable in a low-irritant environment. Non-autistic people have their own brain region that is only responsible for recognizing faces. This region does not appear to be active in autistic people, so they are much less able to perceive facial expressions. Certain connections in the brain that are responsible for mimicking also don't work as well and actually do not work as well: autistic children do not

  3. imitate their caregivers when they play. How is Autism Treated? As far as is known, there is no cure for autism. However, the difficulties can be reduced through behavioral therapy and social skills training. If you’re looking for autism and other developmental disabilities treatment, homeopathic treatment for autism can be the best option. Homeopathyis probably among the most popular alternative medical treatments in the world, and this alone is reason enough to conclude that it’s more than just a placebo. Millions of people get treated and cured through homeopathic remedies. Classical Homeopathy for autism is also one of the most widely accepted treatments that this miraculous form of medication offers.
