Fiber LIT Building Finder (LIT) CUA Registration: Objective: Define the purpose of a Company User Administrator and review the steps needed for a CUA to obtain LIT access and establish basic user access. Frequently Asked Questions: Q: What is a Company User Administrator (CUA)? A: A Company User Administrator is someone at your company who has agreed to manage the process of Approving LIT user requests, Deleting users (if necessary) or Resetting Passwords on behalf of your company. Q: How do I become a Company User Administrator (CUA)? A: Authorized personnel may complete the authorization code request form https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/register/code/form.jsp?app=AORD or submit an email toconnectivity.management.team@verizon.com ***** Please provide: Company Name, Application (LIT), ACNA or NASP ID**** Q: What is a authorization code and what must I do with this code? A: The authorization code is company assigned code (example: ABC-12345) that must be used when completing the registration form. Once you have obtained your company authorization code, please complete this registration form https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/register/form.jsp and select LIT Building Finder from Applications. Next Steps: The form will be routed to Verizon for processing. You will be asked when submitting your request to enter a 4 digit password, please remember this password along with the request ID number that you will be given to pick up your user ID. When the ID is processed, you will obtain an email . The following pieces of information will be needed in order to retrieve your user credentials: Request ID number, Password, Last Name, secret question and answer
