Client from Boston, MA Lilla Marhefka, PhD, HFS, CES, CPT, CSCS, PRT Movement Control Specialists Clinic Format: 1.5 hour private sessions First hour: Unmounted comprehensive postural and gait analysis, including assessment of visual spatial awareness and jaw mobility carefully guided Postural Restoration (PR) exercises and bodywork to address postural imbalances and restore symmetry between the right and left sides of the body selective PR-inspired rider-specific exercises Last 30 min: Unmounted (Mounted option available IF access to local riding arena) Unmounted: bring your saddle/stirrups! Translation of new awareness and self-carriage will be assessed using a saddle stand. This time is also used to progress recommended exercises. Mounted: evaluation of ability to translate new awareness and self-carriage to the saddle at the Halt, Walk, and Trot Fee: $250 ($150 deposit to register; nonrefundable) * Registration ends Sept 22 * Riders of all equestrian disciplines welcomed to participate!
