  4. ANS at CSCC • You play an important role in the present and future of nuclear science and technology • CSCC offers two-year associate degrees in two nuclear fields – Nuclear Power Engineering Technology and Radiation Protection

ANS at CSCC • You strongly supported ANS at the September 11 MOX Fuel hearing • Nearly ALL of you in the CSCC Student Section attended the hearing – well done and thank you! • YOU made the event a success • for ANS and its Grassroots Initiative Program of the Center for Nuclear Science & Technology Information

  13. i My Vision for ANS: 2012-2014 My Plan as VP/President Elect • Three: Advance Special Committee on Utilities Integration • Expand concept to other constituent groups; e.g., reactor vendors, suppliers • Leverage possible coordination of ANS events with other organizations

  14. i My Vision for ANS: 2012-2014 My Plan as VP/ President Elect • Four:Advance relationships with government organizations through ANS Washington office and other Committees (CINTAC) • Five: Work with new Executive Director to streamline and improve governance and performance and increase transparency
