  1. Development for LSAs • LSAs to be invited to curriculum meetings and policy meetings • Lesson observations (including shadowing) by the end of the year • 1 hour non-contact time per week • LSAs incorporated in to curriculum staffroom • Structured CPD including more accreditation

  2. Development for Tutors • Tutors to provide a SOW and other paperwork in advance of enrolment • Tutors to involve LSAs at the planning stage • Team building staff development days with LSAs • Formal meetings with LSAs to discuss learner progress • Joint observations with LSAs

  3. Learners Co-constructors • Learners wanted more consistent support • Learners felt that staff should be tougher on disruption • Learners were pleased with the support from staff • Learners identified that some members of staff should have better ICT skills
