A retenir • Pas de révolution profonde! • Disparition du ALI (Acute Lung Injury) puisqu’on parle de SDRA dès un rapport P/F < 300 • Nécessité d’une ventilation avec PEEP > 5 • Place de l’ETT renforcée face à la Swan-Ganz (un peu Old School en 2012…) • Surtout pour homogénéiser les groupes dans les études
