  2. Step by Step Instructions Step 2 Step 1 Cut a pre-split ¼ sheet in half lengthwise Stack and trim the cake slabs Getting the layers of cake exact is important to your finished product. Four ¼ sheets will make 3 bars, portioning into 32 generous cake slices. Step 4 Step 3 Fill the cake slices using an E-Z Icer Lay onto a baking pan liner

  3. Step by Step Instructions Step 5 Step 6 Fill the cake slices using an E-Z Icer You’ll notice we are filling the bars with Whipped Icing and iced the sides with Buttercreme. After a chilling to set the bar, we can then cut into straight clean-edged slices. With an E-Z Icer, pipe the Buttercreme onto sides Step 7 Step 8 Position your side garnish as shown Garnish can be pressed into the sides of the bar

  4. Step by Step Instructions Step 9 Step 10 Bar cake can be picked-up with a spatula and placed onto the back of a pan for finishing Finish bars on the pans First, cut into 4 equal pieces. Next, cut on the diagonals Step 11 Step 12 When icing is complete, chill for 2 to 3 hours, or freeze for 90 minutes. Cut as shown in the diagram with a sharp serrated blade, dipped into hot water for each cut. Garnish top of slice after cutting
