  1. Never Forget the Essential Molecule Known as the CoQ-10! You may frown upon hearing this molecule known as the CoQ-10. Actually, this was discovered in the year of 1957. There were scientists who studied this little cellular structure in the body called as the mitochondria. It was found out that these mitochondria are the powerhouse of the body and is responsible in the production of the ATP. ATP is the main source of the energy for the body. In some of the researches conducted, Ubiquinol and Ubiquinone were two of CoQ forms. The former was the most active form of the enzyme. The scientists were somehow not successful in formulating a stable Ubiquinone. But fifty years after, a team in Japan finally made it possible packaging and formulating CoQ10. Prior to the difference of the two forms, they each have a little dance that go on in the body. The two forms usually go back and forth. But, what really happens is this; Ubiquinone is an oxidized form of the CoQ10 while the Ubiquinol is a reduced or un-oxidized form of CoQ10. It is just that the Ubiquinol has its extra hydrogen atom. Even if this may seem not a huge deal to you, it is still a difference between an awake and sleeping molecule. Importance of CoQ 10 CoQ10 is basically known as a co-enzyme. This helps and catalyzes the chemical reaction allowing the ATP to be created. This allows the body to work properly and normally. This naturally gives you the energy that you need. In this regard, you will need coq-10 supplement because of your larger body organs that include the skeletal muscle, heart, kidneys, liver, brain and immune system. There are many benefits that can be obtained from the coq-10 capsule that include the following: •Helps the kidneys for it to function properly •Helps the liver for it to function properly •Helps fight off certain diseases and infections in the body •Helps supply a large energy in the trunk, arms and legs Feel free to visit this link http://www.houseofnutrition.com/ingredient/coq-10/ to discover more about the CoQ10!
