BIOMIMETIC ARCHITECT (Innovative design strategies for sustainable environment) TEAM NAME: GOOD RIDDANCE TEAM LEADER: ANIDA CMANJCANIN (University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Economics and Business Bosnia and Herzegovina) TEAM MEMBERS: GAYATHRI KAMARAJ (Anna University, India) SHIBAM SARBSWA (ManavRanchana International University, India) MENTOR: EDINA CMANJCANIN

A BIOMIMETIC ARCHITECT: • A biomimetic architect will mimic nature`s design in his works paving way for a sustainable future. • Every Monday will be a working day where the teacher helps the student with the curricula for the week. • The next two days the students spend time learning and doing their assessments and assignments after which they will be given a on-field experience for the next day. •  On Friday we spend time nurturing them with the business design, intellectual property issues and entrepreneurship and leadership skills. • The students will use information from the cloud for doing their assessments and assignments.

  3. With the below curriculum, The students would have by now learned to translate a biological concept in to a strategy and then apply it in the real life environment. SEM 1 • The curricula for four semesters is listed here. • For semesters 5, the student will work with soft wares and create a virtual model • For the final semester, they will be given assessments followed by assistantship The principles of life Human-Nature connection SEM 2 Biology Design Engineering Case studies SEM 3 Biology Design Engineering Study of Habitat SEM 4 Biology Design Engineering Design Lab

And that`s what we need in education today”. • “Children are born with a sense of wonder and an affinity for Nature.  Properly cultivated, these values can mature into ecological literacy, and eventually into sustainable patterns of living.”  Zenobia Barlow, “Confluence of Streams”. • The mentors of the future will meet the needs of the students. • The future mentor will be capable of managing everything rather than delivering the syllabus to the students. • The cloud system with its resources will create opportunities to people and there is no doubt that it will be considered as “World without borders” as envisioned by Neo in the movie “The Matrix”.
