Les relations entre tau et A En fonction de la théorie de la cascade amyloïde, on peut s’attendre à ce que les dépôts de peptide Ab qui forment les plaques précèdent de plusieurs années, voire plusieurs décennies, la pathologie tau Ayant étudié la distribution spatio-temporelle de la pathologie tau chez plus de 150 patients non-déments et déments, et ayant mis au point un dosage de l’Ainsoluble, il nous était possible de vérifier cette hypothèse.
