  13. ARTIC Vision and Concept ARTIC will be a showcase transportation facility, where people transfer between travel services to reach Southern California activity centers and business districts. ARTIC will combine a transportation gateway and a mixed-use activity center on a 16-acre site owned by the OCTA and the City of Anaheim.
