Who we are • Partnership Solutions Group is a consultancy and training practice established in 2003, specialising in organisation development. • Directors are Frank Quinn and Kathryn Heslin who together have over 50 years combined experience, having worked at senior management level across a range of sectors

  4. What we do best • Our three primary areas are: • Organisation assessment • Strategy execution • Change management

Organisation assessment with some client case work • Called when a problem or opportunity exists • Complete an assessment of what’s working/not working using specified questions and a listening process • Problem/Opportunity generally broader than what we were brought in for and give 3-5 actions to deliver an improvement in no more than 10 pages • Can be done in 2 weeks

Strategy Management with some client case work • Work can involve a number of areas such as • Education but especially building the capability of the top team to execute • Assessing, modifying or producing a strategic plan • Facilitation of the strategy implementation process with a wide range of tools/techniques

Change with some client case work • Work can involve a number of areas such as • Educating and assessment for managers on all types of change (human, technological and business driven) • Improving the capability of the top team to successfully lead a major change effort • Coaching managers on their leadership style and through the change process

Short Bios Frank Quinnheld senior HR and Organisation Development positions with Intel, KPMG and Digital Equipment before establishing his own consultancy and training practice and ultimately co-founding PSG in 2003 with Kathryn. He is a certified facilitator for the “Transition Management” program from William Bridges and Associates (USA), which is the leading programme in the world in this field. Frank holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has contributed to public and in-house workshops hosted by organisations such as Management Centre Europe (Brussels), and the Irish Management Institute. Partnership Solutions Group have published articles in leading magazines including CIPD. • Kathryn Heslin is a founding Director of PSG. She has worked with clients of PSG in all sectors and on a range of consultancy projects. Prior to setting up PSG she worked held senior Organisation Development and training positions within Intel and with one of the well-known consulting houses. • Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and a Masters Degree in Organisation Behaviour and Organisation Development. She also completed the University of Columbia Programme in Advanced Organisation Development. She is a certified Myers Briggs facilitator and 1 on 1 coach. She has spoken at a number of conferences in Europe.
