Service Level Agreement • Agreement between WSIPC and NERDC, and NERDC and districts. • Severity Levels: Medium, High, Critical • Response Times • Critical: 30 minutes during Normal Support Hours, 1 hour during After Hours • High: 1 hour during Normal Support Hours NERDC and WSIPC shall work extended hours in order to resolve a Critical incident. Extended work hours require that district staff who originated the incident remain available and participate in the resolution.

P223 Reminders • Students withdrawn on Count Day in elementary schools (or secondary not based on schedules) will still be included in the count • Students withdrawn on Count Day from secondary schools based on Schedules will not be included in the count because they no longer have a schedule • Students enrolled at 0% are not included in your Counts at all – i.e. Full-Time Running Start, Students receiving only Special Ed services • If verifying numbers against rosters, look for students without a schedule by running the Free Period report in Current Scheduling
