  5. Byron • Byron Review, March 2008 – recommends that: • Schools use Becta Self Review Framework • All schools have an AUP • All schools use filtering service • Schools offer family learning in e-safety

E-safety is not just a school ICT issue It is about behaviour The right of the child to be safe The responsibility of the child to respect the safety and wellbeing of others and the law It extends into every part of children’s services It should be reflected in all policies Crucially responsibility for e-safety extends beyond the school gates and beyond the school day
