  4. Overview of SACPCMP • A statutory body established in terms of section(2) of the Project and Construction Management Act, 2000 (Act No. 48 of 2000) • Council is made up of 10 members 6 from the Project and Construction Management fraternity, 2 from Government and 2 Public representatives
