  1. PROGRAMA: RECREARTE EN RIO Apoyo y acompañamiento al grupo Comando Juventudes Carnaval de Riosucio 2013 Actividad: Sub-Coordinación del Comando de Juventudes, apoyo y acompañamiento en talleres de historia del Carnaval de Riosucio, Letras, Mascaras, participación en eventos del Carnaval.

  2. PROGRAMA: FORMACION INTEGRAL Apoyo a la Personería Municipal en la creación de la red de personeros estudiantiles. Actividad: Reuniones periódicas con los personeros estudiantiles de las Instituciones Educativas, tanto del área urbana como rural

  3. PROGRAMA:JÓVENES PARTICIPANDO ACTIVIDAD: Proceso de elección al Consejo Municipal de la Juventud IE Normal Superior IE San José IE Riosucio Comunidad de Lomitas IE Normal Superior Sensibilización en Instituciones Educativas tanto urbanas como rurales y jóvenes del área rural

  4. PROGRAMA:JÓVENES PARTICIPANDO Capacitación a candidatos al CMJ Elección del CMJ: 6 candidatos, de los 4 resguardos y la zona urbana. Votación de 148 jóvenes en todo el municipio. Profesional Néstor Byron Toro Marín
